Note: Internally this role is known as Supervisor FIMP Execution.
Open to consider candidates across all other main Gas Distribution & Storage office locations in Ontario.
What You Will Do:

Lead and develop a team of technical team members
-
Manage and maintain a facilities integrity management program to provide safe, environmentally responsible and reliable service that is in compliance with the requirements of applicable standards and regulations (CSA Z662, CSA B51, O.Reg 210/01, API 510, API 579, API 653, and as prescribed by the provincial and federal regulatory authorities including Canada Energy Regulator and Technical Standards and Safety Authority) in Canada

Coordinate field inspections, report on scope, cost and schedule on annual workplan, monitor and track to plan and budget and Assessment work including inspections, investigations, NDE and technology assessments, and mitigating threats for station assets

Complete analysis on our facility assets. This requires an understanding of operating practices, cost analysis, process safety, stress analysis, fluid mechanics, metallurgy, welding, and corrosion.

Requires detailed knowledge of codes and standards, regulations, materials, company policies and procedures and practices.

Formation and management of cross-functional/cross-Regional teams as required, often taking the key role as team Leader.

May represent the Company on various industry-related committees and forums including formal codes and standard writing committees or industry task forces.
Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
-
Engineering degree and registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or Canadian jurisdiction.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in station engineering, integrity and risk, gas distribution operations, and/or gas storage and transmission.

Experience and understanding of station design, construction practices, field operations, service procedures.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Ability to motivate employees through flexibility, building relationships, and proven leadership.

This position is expected to overcome challenges faced when dealing with a number of projects, responding to technical and operational inquiries, facilitating teams, or solving technical or operational problems.

PMP designation is an asset
Working Conditions:

Work covers all Enbridge Gas Inc FIMP assets and will include travel and fieldwork up to 15-20%.

Responsible driving record is required for this role.
