The objective of the BIPOC+ resource group is to advance the cause of BIPOC+ in STEM. This means developing and maintaining an inclusive work environment for people of all backgrounds and ethnic groups at Geotab through recruitment and employee programs. The mission of the BIPOC+ group is to understand where the gaps are and use that research to engage in community partnerships and awareness initiatives.

The mission of the Women@Geotab resource group is to empower women to attain their full potential. Our core objective is to increase diversity and inclusivity in the workplace by empowering women through education, programs, partnerships, mentorship and research-based recommendations.
