The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development team is responsible for finding and developing future leaders.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

Build, develop, and manage the Velocity Student Development Program for early talent.

Attract and develop the brightest and best early talent to build a strong talent bench of future leaders

Provide targeted development, impactful coaching, mentorship, oversight of team selection and management, and active support to transition early talent to full-time opportunities

Partner with Campus Recruiters and act as a key liaison between business areas and Campus Recruiters to translate business needs into campus hiring targets and strategy

Partner with internal teams such as; Human Resource Business Partners, Marketing, Learning & Development, Philanthropy, and Academic Partnerships to support program delivery

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors for required program deliverables

Build and implement curriculum and content to support our early talent by conducting program reviews and continuous improvement using market research, trend analysis, and stakeholder feedback

Experience in Campus Recruitment and/or Program Management is an asset

A University degree or Post-Graduate degree, preferably in a field relating to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Commerce is an asset

Ability to working a fast pace environment, managing multiple priorities and relationships

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Self-motivated and positive attitude

Strong relationship management and project management skills

A professional and enthusiastic attitude, creative, innovative, and critical thinking skills, as well as a competitive and winning mindset

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger Program Management team to achieve common goals

Able to partake in a moderate degree of travel within Canada with potential for international travel

Able to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, due to timing of key events
