-
Improve efficiency of code and work towards a standard process of measurement to allow faster results that maintain very high accuracy
-
Automate code to increase the number of campaigns measured
-
Present results to business stakeholders who may have limited analytics understanding, and suggesting changes to campaigns to improve results and increase relevant metrics
-

-
Provide guidance on test and control sizes necessary to provide meaningful results
-
Share best practices within the team, and to the larger analytics group
-
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
