The Specialist II, TIS Technology Enablement, is an experienced product delivery lead for digital products. This role involves coordinating and ensuring successful delivery of low-code, no-code, and GenAI products.

What you will do:

  • Product Coordination: Collaborate with COE leads to ensure all products follow established processes, standards, and governance.

  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate collecting and documenting business requirements for new and existing products.

  • Technical Evaluation: Oversee the technical assessment of products to ensure they meet business and technical standards.

  • Product Management: Track and report on project status, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with the Business Relationship Manager to manage expectations, deliverables, and status updates.

  • Scrum Master Duties: Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective Agile practices.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new products and processes.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on the performance of products post-deployment to ensure they meet business objectives.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure their deliverables align with project goals and timelines.

  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future product improvements and updates.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact project timelines.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Encourage and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement practices within the team.

Who you are:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.

  • Good understanding of LowCode, NoCode and GenAI Development platforms.

  • Fair understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven experience in operations management and experience in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvements with proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

  • Proven experience delivering and product managing with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Budget management and financial acumen.

Preferred:

  • Digital Product delivery and or project management experience preferred.

  • Periodic levels of confidentiality and adherence to security policies and procedures required in order to protect the integrity of any proposed acquisition.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
