Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs a valued member of the Venue Services team, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of tasks under the Conversions & Housekeeping departments while also supporting other departments under the Venue Services portfolio as needed.Assist with the preparation and coordination of staff schedules to ensure event readiness and operational efficiency.Review event estimates and work orders to confirm staffing levels align with event requirements.Coordinate vendor site visits, gather pricing details, and submit quotes for internal approval.Manage the creation, submission, and tracking of purchase orders; ensure proper budget coding and timely vendor payments.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guides, and departmental documentation.Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, onboarding sessions, and training schedules for new hires.Collaborate with internal departments and venue partners to support broader Venue Services initiatives.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
