As Scrum Master of the CCP Intake Team, you will be responsible for the following activities:

 

  • CCP Consultant
  • participate/lead discoveries around impact, that planned changes have, on the Contact Center platform
  • Estimates
  • Lead/facilitate ceremonies to drive forward all  estimation activities for all Intake requests.
  • Execution Roadmap
  • Share insights into work effort needed to complete Intake items being considered for our roadmap.
  • Work with other teams to align on cross team deliverables and targets
  • Provide status updates to other teams as it relates to their intake requests.
  • Agile
  • Lead/facilitate ceremonies to drive forward execution of all items on our active roadmap.
  • Work with team members to ensure the team reaches and sustains the ‘storming’ stage.
  • Mentor team members to help make them effective members of the team
  • Bring staffing issues to management’s attention for their action.
  • Guide Development & Test Execution
  • Work with developers and testers to clarify any questions relating to user stories.
  • Bring any blockers that cannot be handled by the team to management’s attention for their action.  
  • Team Mentor
  • Help grow junior team members.
