Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionYou will be working on an energetic and dynamic Research & Evaluation team to organize and conduct the collection, analysis, and sharing of data required for ongoing program evaluation, research studies, quality assessment and improvement, and to support data-driven decision-making. This team prides itself on conducting timely, efficient, and impactful research in the youth sport sector, and holds our ‘youth first, always’ value at the core of its work.As a Research Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to advance the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for measuring the impact of multiple MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad programs and initiatives, including collaborative programs delivered with community and corporate partners. You will also support in evaluating data specific to our digital youth engagement platform as MLSE LaunchPad strives to develop best-in-class programs and research to enhance the use of sports for positive youth development and develop best practices for Corporate Social Responsibility in the professional sports sector.Lastly, you will have the opportunity to execute evaluation strategies using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies; social, community-based, and/or clinical research; process and outcomes measurement; and research writing, including scholarly manuscripts, industry reports, and grant applications.What you’ll be doing:Coordinate the implementation of multiple research and evaluation processes in youth Sport For Development with a high degree of quality and efficiency.Work effectively alongside administrators, coordinators, community partners, and corporate partners to organize streamlined processes related to program outputs and outcomes.Lead measurement and evaluation capacity building with external organizations, including logic model development, survey creation, implementation support, and reporting.Create, edit, and collate research-related documents, including manuscripts, reports, one-pagers, and grant applications.Manage a multifaceted data collection and analysis schedule in adherence with timelines.Train internal and partner staff in data collection procedures as needed while monitoring for uniform data collection compliance and data quality.Act as data custodian for physical and electronic data in adherence to privacy policy and ethical standards.Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience. You can imagine the multiple ways participants engage with a program and use data and research to support your thinking.Able to collaborate with partners and participants on program evaluation requirements.You create efficient systems that enable you to work quickly, solve problems proactively, and produce exceptional quality work. Confident in utilizing Microsoft Office and statistical programs to support your productivity and data analysis. You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
