Department Summary:
The Client Account Management & Specialized Support Team is responsible for the accurate and responsive execution of transactions and events associated with client accounts. In addition, we provide service and support to the Consultant Network and our business partners on all administrative aspects to a client’s account to include processing client requests. The primary objective of the team is to deliver client centric holistic experience through continuous improvements, efficiencies and collaboration with our business partners in Investments, Insurance and Mortgage/Banking.
Position Summary:
Client Account Management & Specialize Support provides administrative and servicing support for multiple lines of business including Mortgages, Insurance, IGFS, IGFS Nominee and IGSI and provides administrative processing and servicing support to IGM clients, Consultant Network, Planning Specialists and Regional Offices and other areas.
Duties Include:

Providing high-quality service to external and internal customers. Performing account set up and management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French. Interpreting and analyzing documentation for the input and processing of a variety of registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring request are completed in accordance with IG Wealth Management’s policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Creating effortless experiences for our clients. Providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received. Applying business knowledge with a client focus approach.

Finding opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner. Collaboration with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes.
Qualifications:

Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of financial industry experience, and a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with back-office data processes and procedures.

Relationship management: Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with your teams, peers, and business partners across the company. Must be highly engaged, displaying a professional attitude, with strong customer orientation.

Results oriented attitude: Meticulous with strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Passion for self-development and learning.

Strategic thinker: Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.

Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Bilingual in English & French would be an asset.

Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and fast paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to frequently changing priorities.

Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or related field. Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC an asset but not required.

Availability: Candidates work shift is flexible as hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM PM CST Monday to Friday, with overtime work during the weekday and weekends.
As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
