POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the AVP, InfoSec & IT Risk Delivery, the Manager, Governance & Delivery support will oversee governance for multiple high-impact cybersecurity and IT risk projects with multi-year budgets of $5–10M. Acting as a strategic partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal delivery of key priorities as we advance and mature our security practices. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Delivery Management Support: Drive business outcomes by engaging cross-functional teams and ensuring structure, skills, and performance metrics are in place.Deliver program excellence through actionable analytics, robust reporting, and execution of governance processes.Provide insights and data storytelling to empower leadership decision-making.Develop tools, templates, and dashboards to create a single source of truth and enhance transparency.Functional Delivery Support:Partner with stakeholders and pillar leads to maintain roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Facilitate clear requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories; ensure alignment with product vision.Remove impediments, foster communication, and maintain transparency across Agile teams.Program & Project Management:Apply SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban) to ensure quality and manage risk.Prepare executive updates, status reports, and steering committee materials; escalate risks proactively.Track budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization; collaborate with Finance and Procurement.Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and data governance standards, including responsible AI practices. Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships across product, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.Communicate complex technical topics in business terms; foster collaboration and innovation.QUALIFICATIONSExperience: 10+ years in governance or program management roles; 7+ years managing large, complex projects across multiple teams and vendors.Skills: Advanced communication, negotiation, and facilitation; strong analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in PPM tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira), MS SharePoint ManagementMindset: Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity; proven ability to lead change and challenge the status quo.Technical: Working knowledge of SDLC, governance frameworks, and Microsoft suite tools.Leadership: Ability to influence, motivate, and manage staff; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.Individuals who are self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading from the front and navigating uncertainty to uncover clarityBenefits: COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION & RECOGNITION: competitive base salary, performance-weighted bonus, education/career support, option to join Employee Share Purchase Plan with employer matching component.
