We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical professional to support our ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) function during the USUI Integration. In this role, you will provide critical support in testing, data conversion, and ensuring system readiness for our Oracle Cloud integration. You will also help document and validate processes, complete system testing, and deliver insights that drive a smooth and successful transition. What You Will Do:
Accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate across ERP workstreams and business units to support enterprise design using system capabilities and standard methodologies.
- Assist with implementing end-to-end processes and work for assigned workstreams.
- Perform data analysis and create reports/dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Support execution of communication plans, including automation of outreach campaigns using digital tools.
- Ensure system readiness by coordinating onboarding activities and validating data quality.
- Coordinate and complete testing activities, including development of test scripts and preparation of test data.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal collaborators on new processes and systems.
- Monitor engagement and compliance through reporting and analytics.
- Build positive relationships with internal collaborators and foster collaboration across teams.
- Maintain and handle documentation, training materials, and user guides to support process adoption.
- Support and in some cases deliver training materials to identified audiences.
- Gather impacts during process design sessions and ensure interdependencies are understood.
- Identify risks and issues, raise appropriately, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Influence adoption of enterprise processes and systems through collaboration and communication.
- Gather and incorporate requirements from partners into assigned activities.
- Document process flows on behalf of the assigned workstream.
- Complete testing activities and support the resolution of any defects.
- Promote project guiding principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle and analyze data responsibly, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Who You Are:
You have:
- 2+ years of directly related experience in the SCM field, supporting internal and external customers along with supply chain and/or supplier relationships
- Validated data analysis and data modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Visio and Power BI
You can:
- Think logically to document processes, assess gaps as to Company or industry standard methodologies and document accordingly along with validated critical thinking capabilities to gather information, collect data, raise problems with recommended solutions, while foreseeing barriers and recommending ways to remove them
- Function well within a multiple project environment within a team, lead a team or independently to meet required achievements or time constraints while having patience and credibility in interfacing frequently with internal and external customers and the associated support groups

- An excellent written and verbal communicator who can develop and present project materials, lead workshops, coach, mentor, motivate and ensure objectives are met
- Able to demonstrate the ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead/manage change with interpersonal skills where you can influence, negotiate and offer leadership skills

The following are considered assets:
- Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP)/Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Oracle Enterprise System, particularly the Supplier Portal and Materials Management/Inventory
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12 and/or SAP
- Supply Chain Management professional with designation and postgraduate degree
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in a typical office environment with moderate to significant travel which can range from 25-50% of the time
- At times extended work hours including evenings, weekends and holidays may be required to meet time constraints
- Stress levels can be above normal as the work is high visible and there are often numerous competing priorities that have to be managed concurrently
