Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead. This role is critical to sustaining delivery velocity across Financial Sales CRM, Salesforce Flows, DocuSign integration, and Salesforce configuration work.

 

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Development & Leadership

– Analyze, design, implement, and test customized applications on the Salesforce platform.

– Develop functionality using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Force.com tools.

– Provide input into solution architecture and multi-system design.

– Lead technical investigations, configuration vs. build decisions, and design guidance.

– Conduct unit tests, support test cycles, ensure data integrity, and produce accurate estimates.

– Collaborate with Project Managers, QA Analysts, Systems Analysts, Architects, and Developers.

– Mentor junior developers; contribute to coding standards, patterns, and best practices.

 

DocuSign Expertise (Critical Requirement)

– Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Flow / DocuSign integration, including end-to-end design of flows and orchestrations.

– Develop and maintain DocuSign integration through Salesforce Apex classes.

– Build and maintain complex Salesforce screen flows.

– Perform DocuSign Admin responsibilities.

– Demonstrate expertise with DocuSign APIs, envelope creation, and workflow patterns.

– Meet monthly with DocuSign product/account teams.

– Open, triage, and manage DocuSign support cases.

– Support remediation of DocuSign-related security exceptions.

 

Digital Forms / Financial Sales CRM Responsibilities

– Maintain and enhance complex Salesforce Flows supporting Financial Sales CRM operations.

– Ensure reliability of high-volume digital forms and DocuSign-linked workflows.

– Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, propose fixes, and deliver new enhancements.

 

Qualifications

Required

– Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.

– 4+ years of application development experience.

– 2+ years as a Salesforce Developer.

– Hands-on DocuSign experience.

– Strong Salesforce + DocuSign integration skills.

 

Preferred

– Salesforce certifications.

– Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS.

– Experience with CI/CD tooling.

– Experience in financial sector.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $113,000 -$141,500, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
