We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage, Insurance, and Banking department, which is responsible for the overall development, management, and promotion of these product lines.
Key activities:
- Provides confidential, senior level administrative support services to the Mortgage & Banking Solutions team
- Maintains appointment schedules and coordinates meetings (in person or virtual).
- Manages email inbox and completes/actions tasks
- Proactively monitors calendar.

- Provides status reports on projects and other matters, tracks issues; prepares meeting packages and agenda, organizes documentation.
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Preparation of high-quality, executive level PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and/or Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordination of offsite team meetings
- Security coordinator responsible for the onboarding/offboarding of employees, hardware and software access requests, and helpdesk escalations.
- Coordinates team events (planning, logistics, attendee confirmations, etc.) as requested.
- Monthly management and payment of various invoices.
- Order and maintain supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
- Administrative Assistant Diploma, other degree in a relevant business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a tactful and professional manner.
- Outstanding organizational, planning and prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously required.
- Proficient with MS Office Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point, Teams, and Excel.
- Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset for this role

The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($52,500 – $70,500), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
