The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Directors and teams. This role is crucial to keeping the business running efficiently through proactive coordination, strong organization, and outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Proactively manage Directors’ calendars, meetings, and access to optimize time and priorities.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 50+ employees, including travel arrangements and expense reports.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, access requests, and facilities support for employees and contractors.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain internal and external documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Support events, invoices, purchase orders, and cross‑functional administrative initiatives as needed.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment.

  • You are highly organized, with attention to detail, adaptability, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

  • You collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships at all levels.

  • You are confident working independently and take initiative in a changing, fast‑paced setting.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Workday and Oracle experience considered an asset.

Salary range is $50K to 79K and may depend on experience.
