What You Will Do:
As the Supervisor Business Support, you will guide a group of financial operations analysts who assist our operations in financial management, commercial agreement needs, asset management planning, and regional project controls. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the preparation and approval of operating and project budgets.

Managing an approximate $115M Opex budget with flawless execution and steward the Capex financial process.

Successfully implementing financial targets and providing mentorship to the Business Services team.

Championing financial decision-making efficiency, providing training to staff on financial procedures and systems, ensuring a high standard of financial management.

Assisting with internal and external audit requests.

Completing ad hoc reporting and analysis on cost centers, general ledger accounts, and projects, including trend analysis.

Facilitating discussions with Asset Management, Customer Service and Contract Management, Area Leadership, and Shippers to communicate risk effectively.
Who You Are:
You are a dedicated professional with a proven track record in financial management and team leadership. Your skills and qualifications include:

A related university degree and a minimum of seven years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-
Adept at communicating team priorities, company strategy, and goals.
-
A solid focus on customer service, demonstrating tact, patience, and diplomacy when interacting with both internal and external customers.

Operational management, budgeting, and asset management experience is preferred.
Working Conditions:

This position is typically based in a Field Office (80%), with occasional travel to remote field locations (20%).
