What You Will Do:
As an Analyst Energy Conservation (EC) Tracking & Reporting, your role will be essential in driving the success of our Demand-Side Management (DSM) programs. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Supporting the DSM Evaluation Process by validating customer participation, calculating m3 savings, and processing incentive payments.

Applying various resources to confirm equipment and customer eligibility, including manufacturer websites, Google, Google maps, and internal applications.

Processing DSM projects in CRM and preparing Accounts Payable batches by verifying vendor and customer information.

Managing the return cheque and replacement cheque process between Customers, Account Managers, and Accounts Payable.

Resolving inquiries and complaints from customers and service providers regarding outstanding claims.

Collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve issues, discrepancies, and reduce Do Not Qualify (DNQ) cases to improve shareholder incentives.

Improving the functionalities of the Tracking & Reporting system to assist internal users and support improvements and business requests.

Assisting in maintaining up-to-date Tracking & Reporting process documentation.
Who You Are:
You are a diligent and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Your qualifications include:

Post secondary diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related program with limited experience OR a combination of related certification and a minimum of two (2) years’ directly related experience.

Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within the energy sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data accurately.

Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external collaborators.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

A collaborative approach with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $62,800 – 70,000 CAD*
*Internal applicants may refer to applicable compensation policies. Salaries are determined based on education, experience, certifications and skills.
