Join our Strategy Planning team as a Senior Specialist Enterprise Architect, where you will shape enterprise-wide architecture and roadmaps across security, networks, application development, data & analytics, databases, and integration middleware. You will partner with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology decisions—while driving innovation and optimizing vendor licensing.

What you will do
-
Define and evolve enterprise technology architecture principles, standards, and governance to ensure consistency across platforms and systems.

Create and maintain 3–5 year technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy, balancing scalability, security, sustainability, and innovation.

Partner with solution architects, project teams, and stakeholders to guide designs, make trade-offs explicit, and ensure high-performance, secure implementations.

Lead cross-domain collaboration (integration, data, security, applications, reporting) to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions and reusable reference architectures.

Provide strategic oversight of major vendor licensing (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, IBM), including optimization, compliance readiness, and negotiation support.
Who you are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced architecture/cloud certifications such as TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect is an asset).

10+ years of experience in enterprise/technology architecture and application development across multiple technology domains.

Proven delivery leadership, including guiding development teams through modern practices (e.g., Agile/DevOps) and aligning architectural decisions across the SDLC.

Strong expertise in cloud and integration patterns, plus data architecture concepts (ingestion, storage, distribution, metadata, and master data management).

Demonstrated ability to engage executives and multi-functional collaborators, translating complex technical topics into clear options, risks, and recommendations.

Physical Requirements
Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
