In this role, you will provide hands-on analytical and reporting support for S&R performance measurement. What you will do:

Partner with the Safety & Reliability (S&R) Performance Analytics team to ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent, and clearly presented, identifying and raising any data quality issues.

Collect, validate, and consolidate inputs from Business Units, Central Functions, and S&R teams to support governance reporting requirements.

Support the S&R Strategy Roadmap by assisting with initiative development, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment across collaborators.

Maintain and document reporting processes, calendars, and workflows while ensuring adherence to governance procedures and version control standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining templates, automating repetitive tasks, and maintaining organized file structures and archives.

Prepare draft presentations, visuals, tables, and summary commentary that highlight trends, insights, and key variances for leadership and ad hoc requests.

Prepare meeting materials, including briefings and pre-reads, and capture and track action items to support effective follow-through on decisions.
What you have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Environment, Health and Safety, or a similar field.

2-4 years of experience in reporting, corporate strategy or planning, business analysis, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and summarize information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe, and data visualization tools is an asset.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while building confidence working independently.

Preferred:

Strong PowerPoint skills and interest in developing executive-ready materials.

Exposure to safety, reliability, or operations-related reporting.

Experience working with data, metrics, or basic analytics.

Familiarity with planning, strategy tracking, or governance processes.

Introductory understanding of management systems or governance frameworks.
Working Conditions:
-
Office-based role with extensive computer use.
-
Occasional travel to company locations may be required.

Periodic flexibility in schedule to meet reporting deadlines and collaborator needs.
Salary:
-
Ranges from $72,360 – $101,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
