Within our Safety & Reliability (S&R) department, the Operational Performance Reporting team plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide decisions and advancing operational excellence. As a Senior Advisor, Operational Performance Reporting, you will act as a trusted strategic partner and subject matter expert, transforming complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. This is a unique opportunity to influence senior leadership, drive continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in strengthening how we measure, understand, and elevate safety and reliability performance across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Lead development of executive-ready reports, translating complex data into clear insights, trends, and performance narratives.

  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate, consistent data and reporting standards across the enterprise. 

  • Collaborate with business units and SMEs to gather, validate, and synthesize data and commentary for governance reporting.

  • Support strategy execution by tracking progress, consolidating updates, and developing dashboards, scorecards, and leadership materials.

  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, address reporting inquiries and supporting alignment on definitions and insights.

  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting processes, identifying efficiencies, and enhancing reporting tools and workflows.

  • Provide end-to-end meeting support, including briefing materials, action tracking, and follow-up to ensure accountability.

 What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health & Safety, Business, Engineering, Communications or a related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in operational performance governance reporting, corporate strategy or planning, business analysis, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical, communications, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile deadlines and produce high-quality outputs in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • A role model for Enbridge’s values of safety, integrity, respect, inclusion and high performance.

Preferred:

  • PowerPoint skills for executive-ready visuals.

  • Experience in safety and reliability communication, messaging and reporting within the energy industry.

  • Experience with data, metrics and analytics.

  • Exposure to planning or strategy process.

  • Basic understanding of integrated management systems and governance frameworks.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with extensive computer use.

  • Occasional travel to company locations may be required.

  • Periodic flexibility in schedule to meet reporting deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $94,500 – $115,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.​

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.​
