The Corporate Sustainability team is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of IGM’s Sustainability program. The team works with a wide variety of business leaders across IGM Financial to implement IGM’s sustainability strategy, manage sustainability data, transparently report on IGM’s progress and performance, and engage internal and external stakeholders on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. We are seeking a candidate with a background and passion for Sustainability/ESG, who can support reporting, data management, sustainability research, and effectively engage with colleagues, external partners, and ESG rating firms. Please see the Corporate Sustainability section of our IGM Financial website for the materials this team produces, and information on our Sustainability / ESG performance and recognition.  Responsibilities: Reporting and data management supportSupport the production of annual IGM sustainability report and disclosures (GRI and CDP), and maintenance of websites/intranets Support the collection, organization and maintenance of ESG-related data from various sources to be used by a variety of stakeholders across the company including for regulated reportingOversee data management tools and software to streamline data collection, analysis and reportingTrack IGM’s sustainability strategy KPIs and maintain performance dashboard Sustainability research support Conduct ESG research, analysis and benchmarking, and make recommendations to fill performance or transparency gaps, including evolving trends and best practicesFollow emerging standards and regulations (i.e. CSSB), and assess implications for IGMResearch ESG rating firms’ methodology and complete questionnaires to ensure appropriate assessments are competed on IGM Financial (MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global CSA, Corporate Knights Global 100/Best 50, etc.) Communications and engagement supportSupport sustainability-related company communication strategy to a range of stakeholders, including employees, advisors, clients and investors Support the development and execution of sustainability-related engagement activations and events for internal and external stakeholdersOther research and engagement duties as required Qualifications:A degree in a relevant field of study (i.e., Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business), specialized sustainability training is considered a strong asset   2-4 years of relevant of sustainability experience in industry and/or consulting Working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD, UN SDGs); and emerging standards such as CSSB Experience with sustainability tools and software considered an assetStrong excel skills and ability to work with large amounts of data Ability to compile and analyze data from multiple sources, detail-orientedStrong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong written communication and presentation skills  Please visit our career page by clicking on the following link: https://www.mackenzieinvestments.com/en/careers We thank all applicants for their interest in Mackenzie Investments; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Mackenzie Investments is an accessible employer committed to providing a barrier free recruitment experience.
