The EWM Data Support Specialist is a key role in the support of our Enterprise Work and Asset Management System. This role requires a deep understanding of functional data domains and system integrations to provide data management and analysis services that enable data-driven decisions and functional enhancements.
What you will do:

Support and help Lead large scale Master and/or Reference data transformations that are required as part of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures.

Coordinate, manage and test bulk data changes/uploads Maximo.

Provide adhoc, Maximo specific, data analysis for the functional areas who have data in Maximo (e.g. Asset and Work Management, Supply Chain, and Finance)

Source, clean, transform, and analyze data from various systems and tools, as well as create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and functional improvements.

Assist with complex investigations into the causes of Maximo integration issues.

Apply technical expertise and business knowledge to solve complex data problems, identify opportunities, and make recommendations that align with Enbridge’s data strategy and objectives.

Work with cross-functional teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, integration, and consistency across the enterprise.

Provide technical leadership, support and training to members of the team and other stakeholders who perform Data Support tasks in Maximo.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing, and may involve technical analysis or “making a case” for the expenditure of significant resources.
Who you are:
-
You have Functional and data domain knowledge in Asset and Work Management and a strong preference for data domain knowledge in Supply Chain and Finance.

Significant experience with Maximo and preferred expert-level knowledge of Enbridge’s Maximo functional design.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI and MS Power platform.

Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Willing to challenge the status quo and embrace new ways of doing things.

Experience in several full project lifecycle delivery/implementations.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
