We are seeking a Senior Advisor in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join Enbridge’s U.S. Utilities Integration Program Business Readiness Program team. Note: This is a fixed term, temporary role of about 20 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Supporting the OCM Specialist in integrating OCM with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Applications, and Customer workstreams is crucial. This involves measuring People Readiness through various methods to align with overall Business Readiness. Enhancing tools to support workstreams is vital for their effectiveness.

  • Ensuring oversight of resolving interdependencies and effective communication is key.

  • Coordinating workstreams to address interdependencies and monitoring progress with support from the Project Management team are essential tasks.

  • Playing a pivotal role in Stage gate recommendations, collaborating with project managers and the Business Readiness program team is necessary for success.

  • Providing guidance, support, and coordination for cutover, sustainment, and hyper-care activities across all workstreams is critical. Collaborating with Business Applications on the sustainment strategy for Business Applications, ERP, and Customer transitions is pivotal.

  • Maintain oversight of Change Impact Tracker, identifying reporting opportunities that align with overall Stakeholder Impacts​ 

Who You Are:

  • Related University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Communications) and minimum of six or more years of directly related experience to change management OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Designation or equivalent. 

  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal. 

  • Able to work through ambiguity, analyze, research, organize and independently manage multiple priorities. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and work closely with support functions on delivery of change activities and materials. 

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Approximately 10% of travel may be required within Canada and the U.S. (valid passport required).
