Our U.S. Utilities Integration Program Business Readiness team has an opening for a Senior Adviser Organizational Change Management & Communications at Enbridge! Note: This is a fixed term, temporary role of about 20 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Communication Plan Development & Oversight: Review, assess, and guide workstream-specific communication plans, ensuring alignment with program requirements and stakeholder needs.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness: Design and administer surveys, analyze feedback, and leverage insights to measure readiness, capacity, sentiment, and engagement, recommending targeted actions to mitigate risks.

  • Program Communication Materials: Develop key materials such as FAQs, talking points, roadmaps, articles, and metrics dashboards to support leadership and stakeholder communications.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track communication effectiveness through metrics like reach, open rates, and sentiment analysis, and prepare leadership updates on readiness, adoption, and risks.

  • Community & Coordination Management: Manage the Communications Roundtable, ensure adherence to communication requirements, and align activities with the Comms Specialist II.

  • Change Management Expertise: Provide expertise and support to program teams, developing stakeholder engagement approaches and showcasing integration progress with visual tools like heatmaps.

Who You Are:

  • Related University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Communications) and minimum of six or more years of directly related experience to change management, communications OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.

  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation, or communications Management Professional (CMP), or equivalent would be considered an asset.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities, analyzing, researching, paying close attention to detail and working through ambiguity.

  • Office environment.

  • Approximately 10% of travel may be required within Canada and the U.S. (valid passport required).
