What You Will Do:

Performs internal customer contact work in person or by telephone.
-
Responds to internal customers’ inquiries and acts accordingly regarding operations construction or service work.

Practices extraordinary customer service in performance of duties.
-
Schedules the workload and appointments and prepares daily activity reports.
-
Responds to emergency inquiries and provides appropriate resolution.
-
Performs time administrator duties and HUB learning.
-
Makes travel arrangements and coordination duties with multiple internal and external customers and contractors.

Assists with coordination and support of multiple operations duties.
-
May handle confidential records or information.
-
Maintains department files and records and compose routine correspondence and prepares and coordinates work schedules.

Monitors and evaluates procedures and customer service given to internal and external customers.
-
Helps facilitate new technological and innovation changes for operational activities.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Who You Are:
-
3+ years directly related experience – Knowledge of Business Office principles and practices.
-
Knowledge of customer service programs and products to assess customer needs.
-
Knowledge of and ability to use a personal computer and related software that meet department needs.
-
Knowledge of math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide and to perform the four operations with decimals and fractions.

Professional phone etiquette with the ability to relate interpersonally with internal and external customers.
-
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
-
Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations.
-
Ability to prepare correspondence to customers using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of grammar and punctuation.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
