Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant with expertise in Procurement, SRM, and Contracts to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, SRM, and Contracts. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, SRM, and Contracts, to meet client requirements.
  • Analyze client business processes and provide recommendations for improvement using Oracle Cloud SCM best practices.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud SCM solutions to meet client requirements, including data migration, integration, and testing.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implementation, and support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud SCM product updates, releases, and new features to ensure expertise and knowledge are up to date.

Required education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, SRM, and Contracts.
  • Strong expertise in Procurement and SRM processes, including sourcing, procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with contract management, including contract creation, approval, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certification in Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.
