We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed HR Data Integrity Analyst to join our diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the Workday system and to audit for data quality purposes. Note: This is a 6-month, temporary, full-time position
What You Will Do:

Manage case tickets by triaging and routing to teams, addressing data corrections, rescinds, and table maintenance.

Maintain Workday communication configurations in dashboards and announcements.

Handle, build, and demonstrate data audits including excel compare capabilities, showcasing proficiency in crafting/using existing Discovery Boards.

Support and load EIB’s into Workday collaborating with different client groups to ensure business requirements are being met and that our business standards and processes are being followed.

Collaborate with TIS HR Technical Services with performing the SOX audit of the HR Security roles in Workday on a semi-annual basis.

As the HR Business Authority Record Administrator, run external to Workday Employee Records associated with any Merger, acquisition or divestitures; run audit reports in eRecords correcting records that are duplicated or incorrect.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor of Human Resources degree or related university degree and previous experience.

Minimum of 4 or more years of previous Human Resources working experience.

Experience working in and with Workday.

Critical thinker, expected to work independently, resourceful and highly results oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong computing skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals .
