As the Assistant General Manager, you will help lead all aspects of the entire operation of e11even in Maple Leaf Square. Working with the General Manager and the Executive Chef, your leadership and mentorship will provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring MLSE quality service and safety are upheld and the key objectives of the Food and Beverage department are met.Effectively lead all areas of e11even’s operation including outside contractors, programming, guest services, security, purchasing, suites, catering, restaurant, bar and retail.Provide continuous leadership and mentorship to Managers overseeing the above functions; ensuring MLSE’s Vision and Values drive their objectives.Develop and implement business plans and strategies; prepare and supervise operating and capital budgets that align with the Food and Beverage department’s vision driving sales and delivering on budgets.Work in conjunction with MLSE’s Finance, IT, Human Resources and Culinary departments holding dotted line responsibilities as it relates to the employees supporting the Fine Dining.Work closely with MLSE Marketing, Global Partners, Consumer Products and Live Entertainment teams, helping to support their operational objectives and promotional initiatives.Ensure appropriate sales tracking, inventory and accounting systems are in place and followed.Apply expertise and a strategic outlook in developing and growing programs and events.Build, handle and leverage client relationships and business partnerships.Foster a “one team” approach while adhering to MLSE service standards and policies.Perform other related duties as requiredQualificationsNote: Before reviewing the qualifications listed below, we want you to know that we understand you may not meet all the qualifications described and have other relevant expertise and experience.
