Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs the Human Resources Business Partner you will provide strategic partnership and hands-on support to deliver people initiatives that drive business results both now and in the future. You will be the key partner championing strategies and execution including employee relations, organizational planning, and team development for both our union and non-union business units including Venues & Operations, Capital Programs, Food & Beverage, Corporate Security, and Live Entertainment.  You will participate in and lead key initiatives and projects relative to integration, change management, and implementation of HR best practices.Support the business unit leadership team with talent-related budgets and analytics of people data to support and drive decision-making. You will oversee internal controls, manage external audits, provide strategic financial guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
