Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs a member of the VIP Experience & Hospitality team, your role will be to assist in all aspects of a guest’s journey throughout their time at our venues. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is energetic, creative, tactical, and analytical, and one who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will constantly strive to delight our guests, exceeding their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service. Candidates should have sharply honed interpersonal skills; encourage confidence and exude authenticity with guests. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required when handling guest information and requests.Act as point of contact for assigned guests leading up to their visit as well as day of.
