As the Advisor Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis, you will analyze budgets and forecasts. This role will also help prepare and support management’s analysis of critical issues and opportunities, with a focus on capital and liaising with business units.

What You Will Do:

  • Critical participant in coordinating and developing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for Enbridge Inc.

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with business unit asset teams and other Enterprise teams.

  • Applies financial and management accounting expertise to analyze business changes and reflects them in the budget and forecasting process.

  • Performs detailed budgets to forecast analysis, ensuring consistency between internal reporting teams.

  • Prepares summary reporting packages for senior management.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of proficiency in various analytical tools including Excel (Pivot Tables, Index, Match, VLOOKUP or Logical functions) PowerPoint, Hyperion Planning and Essbase systems and recommend improvements to the systems.

Who You Are:

Required:

  • Professional Accounting Designation.

  • 4+ years of accounting experience

  • Prior experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase and/or Hyperion Strategic Finance or other financial planning tools an asset

  • Prior experience maintaining a corporate model an asset

  • Strong analytical skills to validate and challenge information provided by various sources

  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel; prior experience with major ERP systems an asset.
