What You Will Do:

  • Ensures ERP end users have all required and approved system access on Day One of Go-live to execute the system transactions needed to perform their role.

  • This Position supports the Specialist and with the Lead to execute on the development, validation, approval and implementation of end user system and data access provisioning files to ensure a seamless user acceptance testing, training delivery and system deployment.

  • Supports Internal Audit activities, including segregation of duty checks and pre-Go live data validation, and fulfillment of requirements for review of Role Mapping deployment activities.
     

Who You Are:

  • Degree or diploma with limited technical experience OR a combination of related certification and 5 years related work experience

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with using Power BI.

  • Process orientation.

  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud and IBM Maximo Security framework is preferred.

  • Experience on an enterprise project, ideally an ERP implementation, considered an asset.

  • Office based role.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
