We are seeking an Analyst, Indirect Category Management who will be accountable to support the Enterprise Corporate Card Program’s management and administration primarily for customer service support, technology enhancements, RFx support, governance & compliance, issue resolution, relationship management, expense audits and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Do:
- Overall corporate card administration activities, including but not limited to card applications, ordering and distribution, account set-up, card suspension, card limits administration and monitoring.
- Provides information to stakeholders on all corporate card-related products, programs, and activities, including technology implementations and modifications.
- Support ad-hoc and planned projects execution as assigned.
- Conduct in-depth investigations of expense claims where policy violations are detected and resolve with senior leadership as appropriate.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable and Technology & Information Systems to investigate payment errors or expense/card violations.
- Engage in expense reporting and analytics.
- Onboarding/Offboarding cardholders – new or transitioning.
- Analyze, reconcile and process payment for monthly Bank of Montreal & Bank of America.
Who You Are:
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field with limited experience. For candidates who do not possess a University degree, an additional 3 years of experience.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Advanced knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle financial platforms.
