Reporting to the Director, Product Owner – Client Portals, this role contributes to experience discovery, experience-led requirements gathering and documentation, testing, and delivery activities across the Client Portals. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, UX, Information Systems, and Experience team members. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring digital enhancements are delivered with quality, accuracy, and a strong user experience focus. The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($62,000- $80,000), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
