PositionRetail Distribution at Mackenzie Investments is currently accepting applications for the position of Analyst, Sales Enablement. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Practices, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting dealer conference planning and execution to further advance dealer relationships and promote Mackenzie products. This includes managing compliance approvals, securing internal speakers, participating in working group meetings, interacting with clients and overall execution of these events. As a valued member of the Retail Distribution team, your core responsibilities will include: Dealer Conference SupportOversees coordination of national Dealer Conferences, regional Dealer Conferences initiated by the National Accounts team and webinars for Dealer Conferences.Leverage a consultative approach to problem solving, and ensuring all partners and stakeholders have clear understanding of expectations and objectives for dealer conferences.Collaborate with sales leadership to establish presenter expectations and adherence to Retail messagingImplement and execute against dealer conference project plans, includingEnsuring materials presented at Dealer conferences are compliant and aligned with the topic agreed to between the dealer and Mackenzie sales leadershipOverseeing onsite set up and take down where required at dealer conferencesPreparing and submiting any pre & post conference approval packages for Compliance. Apply for Continuing Education credits through the Sales Practices & Compliance team where requiredManage any logistics related to virtual dealer conferences, including managing the conference in the background.Act as a liaison between Dealer conference organizers and Mackenzie teams across Distribution, Product and Marketing.
