You will be responsible for day‑to‑day program management, including case coordination, employee communications, data & reporting insights, and updates to employee-facing resources. You’ll be encouraged to challenge existing processes, introduce automation and digital workflows, and use data to uncover insights that elevate the overall employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems creatively, and is energized by continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Program Delivery & Case ManagementLead the end-to-end disability and leave experience, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and a supportive employee/advisor journey. Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate safe and timely return-to-work plans.Manage accommodations and ergonomics processes with empathy and professionalism.Engage effectively with diverse internal and external contacts on program matters, using strong judgment to proactively identify and resolve complex matters.Ensure program documentation, resources, and employee-facing tools are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.Develop and maintain reporting that provides clear, actionable insights for leadership.WellnessManage the delivery of IGM’s Wellness program offering, collaborating with vendors and internal partners to offer meaningful programming.Measure the impact of wellness initiatives, using insights to recommend enhancements to leadership.Process Improvement, Innovation & Employee ExperienceContinuously evaluate how we work today and redesign workflows to drive efficiency and a smoother employee experience.Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved digital experience.Champion new ways of working and help embed modern best practices across the team.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience administering/managing an HR program; prior benefits or disability management experience is considered an asset.Bachelor’s degree in business / human resources or equivalent experience.Bilingualism (English & French) is a requirement for this role.Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) or Human Resources Designation (CPHR, CHRP) is considered an assetStrong communicator who can simplify complex information for diverse audiences and collaborate well with others.Demonstrated experience improving processes, implementing new tools, or simplifying workflows.Experience with automation tools, or AI-driven enhancements is an asset.Comfort working with data to drive insights and decisions.Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,500 – $91,000 , which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
