Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at IG Wealth Management as an Investment Operations Support Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and administering processes, most of which are automated. You will review and approve client investment transactions while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Your responsibilities will include account opening, client onboarding, investment transactions, and various other account administration tasks.
 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve client investment transactions

  • Provide support for client account administration and client onboarding processes

  • Manage investment transactions and other account administration tasks

  • Contribute to the management and improvement of operational processes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French and English (bilingual)

  • Work in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in using web systems and applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in business operations or a related field is an asset
