Position Overview:
As part of the Field Reporting and Recognition team, the Specialist, Field Programs, will play a key role in supporting the Field Rewards & Recognition programs. Reporting to the Manager, Field Programs, you will help coordinate and implement initiatives that recognize and reward Advisors and Field Leaders across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Rewards & Recognition programs
- Support the execution of the Rewards & Recognition programs for the Field Network including Advisor Referrals, special achievements and National Sales Campaigns.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Adopt innovative approaches to align recognition efforts with IG Wealth Management’s values and goals.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communication Development
- Assist with maintaining and updating internal platforms such as AdvantagePlus and FLR.
- Support internal communications, including content updates.
- Contribute to communication planning to support Field Distribution initiatives.
Supplier Management
- Liaise with external program vendors to manage program logistics and maintain strong relationships.
- Communicate program updates and ensure vendor alignment with IGWM standards.
- Coordinate invoice processing and payment tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry or related business environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Automate.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and deal with frequent interruptions under tight deadlines.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external individuals at all levels of management.
