Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our HR Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to streamline and automate processes while enhancing operational efficiency and Employee Experience. You will work closely with the Senior Manager Risk & Operational Excellence and collaborate across HR to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes.
- Digitize and simplify workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Provide actionable insights through data visualization and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support ongoing projects related to HR technology and innovation.
- Champion technology adoption by promoting digital tools and training team members on new systems and processes.
- Build prototypes, tools, and process improvements that help HR work more efficiently and deliver a better employee experience.
Requirements
- Recently graduated from a program in Information Technology, Business Technology Management, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Commerce or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel). Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic programming or scripting (Python, VBA)
- Basic understanding of process automation concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
- Knowledge of HR systems (SucessFactors, Workday, or similar) is considered an asset.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($45,000 – $60,000), which is determined based on geographic location and candidate’s skills, knowledge and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for paid time off (prorated for the term).
a) Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec.
b) As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
