Position: 

 

Join our Threat Management team for a dynamic winter internship focused on cybersecurity operations, vulnerabilities management and threat intelligence. You’ll contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, support ongoing security operations activities, and help shape data-driven insights to strengthen IGM security posture.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support ad-hoc and in-flight security activities across the organization
  • Analyze security datasets to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Produce clear and concise documentation (e.g., how-to guides, internal communications)
  • Coordinate meetings, tasks, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and refinement of threat detection and response activities

 

Requirements: 

  • Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Interest in cybersecurity and staying current with industry developments
  • Desire to continuously improve processes and tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Python, PowerBI)
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems

The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is (44,000 – 47,000), which is determined based on year of study, IGM program, geographic location and candidate’s skills, knowledge and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for paid time off.
