The Contract Administration Advisor supports Enbridge’s Offshore business by managing the full Contract Administration function for non‑FERC regulated agreements and non‑tariff contracts. Reporting to the Manager, Offshore Capacity Services and Contracts, this role ensures efficient routing, approval, execution, and implementation of contracts across multiple pipeline systems and offshore facilities, while working closely with Commercial, Legal, Operations, and other internal teams.

What you will do:

Serve as a subject matter resource for Offshore contract administration, managing contract routing, approval, execution, and tracking across multiple pipeline systems and facilities.

Prepare drafts of standard agreements and amendments, input contract data into Icertis and SharePoint, and ensure all documents meet accuracy and policy requirements.

Coordinate daily with Commercial, Legal, Operations, and other internal teams to support contract implementation and resolve inquiries efficiently.

Provide responsive customer support by managing email and phone requests, issuing correspondence, and handling notices such as name changes or ownership updates.

Conduct independent research and analysis on existing contracts to solve complex scenarios, verify working interest and ownership details, and identify risks or discrepancies.

Support Commercial projects—including acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcies, and litigation—by gathering documents, assessing contract impacts, and assisting with required approvals.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners and Onshore CA teams, to meet unanimous consent requirements, maintain compliance, and ensure seamless contract processing.
Who you are:

Related university degree and minimum of four or more years of experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.

Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately using oral and written communications with internal and external customers.

Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or engineering.

Experience with Gas Control, Scheduling, Volume Management, Regulatory, Marketing, or other areas with applicable experience.

Basic understanding of pipeline and storage commercial operations and value drivers.

Knowledge of Enbridge USGTM offshore assets.

Experience with the business and operations of Offshore pipeline companies and systems.
Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to Grasping, kneeling, light-moderate lifting (objects up to 50 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read the fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility can ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet, legs, and/or hands and arms.
