In this role, you will act as data steward for Facilities Integrity data. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accessibility and governance of the data used to plan integrity programs, make risk-based decisions, support regulatory activities, and other.

What you will do:

Increase program effectiveness and efficiency by reducing reliance on manual work to access and use data, through automation via code development and use of no-code/low-code solutions. This includes developing automated workflows, developing calculation tools and ensuring that automated processes and tools are robust, reliable, and sustainable.

Integrate and automate data sets to optimize planning for piping and storage Facilities Integrity programs.

Serve as the primary data point of contact for Facilities Integrity for systems, platforms, and projects, ensuring system and data needs are addressed.

Support the compilation and analysis of Facility Integrity data and records, as needed for reporting and audit requests.

Support defining maturity levels for data quality for asset registries, deficiency tracking, records management, and financial data management.
Who you are:
-
Degree in a Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines with minimum of 4 or more years of related experience. Equivalent combinations of formal education, certification and experience will be considered. For candidates who do not possess a degree, an additional 3 years of work experience is required.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn to use custom, in-house, software tools. This includes advanced usage of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and associated suite of data tools. Developing/programming/coding experience, such as Python.

Project management skills and experience.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Effective oral and written communication skills.
