What You Will Do:

  • Provides technical support on facilities integrity matters. Plays a lead role in preparing technical material for implementation of integrity procedures, with a primary focus on the inspection and assessment of facility equipment
  • Provide support to the facilities integrity assessment program to provide safe, environmentally responsible and reliable service that is in compliance with the requirements of applicable standards and regulations (CSA Z662, CSA B51, O.Reg 210/01, API 510, API 579, API 653, and as prescribed by the provincial and federal regulatory authorities including Canada Energy Regulator and Technical Standards and Safety Authority) in Canada.
  • Complete engineering analysis on our facility assets, considering operating practices, cost analysis, process safety, stress analysis, fluid mechanics, metallurgy, welding, and corrosion
  • Work involves inspection, investigating, assessing, and mitigating threats for station assets.
  • Provides support for FIMP assets to prioritize projects within the Asset Plan.
  • Work covers all Enbridge Gas Inc. FIMP assets and may include travel and fieldwork.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with up to 2 years of previous related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage different priorities at a time.
  • This position is expected to overcome challenges faced when dealing with a number of projects, responding to technical and operational inquiries, facilitating teams, or solving technical or operational problems.
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge’s core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

  • Typical office environment with some travel (20%)
