We are currently hiring for a Financial Advisor, Planning & Analysis (CPA) in our North York Ontario or Chatham Ontario office.
The Advisor will be responsible for the consolidation and analysis of Gas Distribution and Storage financial results. Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

What you will do:

Preparation of monthly variance analysis reports

Supporting strategic decisions and ensuring achievement of financial targets.

Develop financial analysis and presentation materials for CFO reviews, Board meetings, and Gas Distribution and Storage performance reporting

Consolidate and analyze Gas Distribution and Storage segment financial results against budget, including Enbridge Gas Inc. (EGI) regulated and unregulated businesses, other Gas Distribution affiliated companies

Collaborate with various Finance teams (Revenues, Capital Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), etc.) on understanding of major drivers to GDS financial performance and accurately reflect key messages in financial analysis.

Provide timely financial support, analysis and interpretation of financial performance to Senior Leadership, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring achievement of financial targets

Assisted in the development of consolidated O&M reporting using legacy utility financial systems
Who You are:
-
CPA Designation
-
4+ years of experience of financial planning & analysis
-
A demonstrated history of working in the Oil and Gas or Utility Industry
-
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office suite, SAP and Power BI
-
Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills, interpersonal, and organizational skills
