As a Manager, Capital Management, you will be a key member within the corporate finance function of the Treasury and Corporate Investments Department. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will work on a variety of assignments pertaining to capital markets transactions; internal capital, liquidity and risk management activities; and various financial instrument valuations. Key Responsibilities:Corporate Finance & Strategic AnalysisConduct research and analysis to support corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure, shareholder returns, regulatory capital, and seed capitalContribute to capital market transactions such as debt refinancing and issuancesPerform regular analysis of our corporate hedging program and provide recommendations to leaders. Valuation & Financial ModelingPerform valuations of various financial instruments (e.g. equity & currency derivatives, debt instruments, stock options)Design, develop, and enhance complex financial and valuation models to inform strategic decision making and drive efficient reporting cyclesReporting & CommunicationPrepare quarterly and annual reporting for inclusion in consolidated financial statements and other public disclosure documentsSummarize analysis, research, and recommendations in clear, compelling presentations for senior management and the BoardCoordinate with internal parties to ensure we are in compliance with our regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. CSOX, SEDI reporting, etc.)Defined Benefit Pension Plan Reporting & AdministrationContribute to the ongoing reporting and analysis related to our defined benefit pension plan investments, including risk management strategiesContribute to the administration of plan including cash management and rebalancing transactionsProcess Improvement, Automation, & ControlsIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation, to enhance efficiency and accuracyDevelop and maintain strong financial controls in accordance with company policy and procedures Qualifications:Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
