We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, S&T Capacity Utilization and Unaccounted for Gas to join Energy Services! In this role you will lead the team that will deliver on the company’s storage and transportation (S&T) revenue targets by managing its utility and non-utility S&T services and assets, as well as managing unaccounted for gas (UFG).

What You Will Do:

  • Accountable for the management of short-term and long-term S&T assets including gas storage inventory, S&T capacity, asset releases, and balancing transactions.

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term asset optimization program strategies to maximize revenue.

  • Provide recommendations regarding utility gas supply purchasing based on storage inventory and customer demands.

  • Lead the implementation of a long-term UFG governance and reporting model while handling the investigation and mitigation of contributing sources of UFG.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate risk management and financial reporting requirements.

  • Provide transparency, reporting, and commercial recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Lead all aspects of the development of regulatory positions, evidence, and testify on matters related to S&T services and capacity utilization at the Ontario Energy Board.

  • Maintain relationships with external consultants when required.
     

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

  • University degree or an equivalent combination of formal education and related experience.

  • Minimum 10 years of utility or energy industry experience.

  • Understanding of financial, regulatory, and operational aspects of the utility.

  • Proven leadership and people development skills.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire change and results in cross-departmental initiatives.

  • Proven leadership in demonstrating Enbridge’s core values of safety, integrity, respect, inclusion and high performance.
     

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office working conditions.

  • This role requires response after-hours as required.
