You will architect and implement a sophisticated personalization strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver relevant content to our financial advisors. In parallel, you will own the strategic roadmap for our Seismic platform to optimize how our sales team engages with content.Reporting to the Director, Client Communication & Engagement, you’ll work with partners across Sales, Marketing, and Service to improve adoption of engagement initiatives, strengthen the client journey, and deliver measurable impact. You will also oversee the seamless delivery of marketing assets for our extensive portfolio of in-person and digital events, ensuring a best-in-class experience for attendees. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Engagement StrategyLead the strategic development of our email marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on the creation of personalized, automated journeys for our clients.Design and implement a content personalization roadmap, leveraging client data, insights, and personas to deliver highly relevant communications that drive engagement.Develop and oversee the content strategy within our sales engagement platform (Seismic), ensuring our content is discoverable, relevant, and effectively utilized by the sales team, including the strategic use of features like Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs).Partner with internal teams to align engagement strategies with broader business goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful client experience across all touchpoints.Develop comprehensive communication plans to support key business outcomes such as content engagement, product adoption, and event attendance. Manage Program Delivery and Event MarketingOversee the end-to-end management and delivery of high-quality marketing assets for our national portfolio of in-person and webinar events, from initial planning and promotion through to execution and post-event follow-up.Manage the advisor communication to ensure the right audiences receive the right messages at the right time, preventing audience fatigue.Drive the adoption of client engagement tools and assets by Sales teams, enabling easy integration into their processes.Maintain impeccable standards for quality, relevance, and client-centricity across all communications and initiatives. Measure and Optimize PerformanceEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives;
