The purpose of this role is to provide Organizational Change Management and Training support on behalf of the Business Readiness Program to various aspects of the U.S. Utility Integration (USUI) Program. In this role, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive training program strategy as well as supporting full Business Readiness Program support to various workstreams.

Note: This is a fixed term, temporary role of about 20 months.
What You Will Do:

Develop and Govern Training Strategy: Create and maintain a comprehensive training strategy, governance framework, standards, templates, and processes to ensure alignment across the program.

Coordinate and Optimize Training Delivery: Manage the training calendar, collaborate with workstreams to coordinate efforts, and ensure effective utilization and alignment with program objectives.

Support Leadership and Measure Effectiveness: Partner with communications and leadership to reinforce training messages, encourage participation, and measure training effectiveness, reporting readiness from a program-wide perspective.

Initiative Change Support: provide change support and coaching on smaller workstreams/initiatives.
Who You Are:
-
Related University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Communications) and minimum of seven or more years of directly related experience to change management, training/learning OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.

5+ years’ experience designing, leading, executing training plans on large systems, process and people change projects

Experience in leading large transformational training programs

Expertise in training methodologies, instructional design (i.e. ADDIE) and change management practices (e.g. Prosci, CCMP).

Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and guide teams.

Proficiency in project management, handling ambiguity, multitasking and delivering accurate, high-quality results.

Approximately 10% of travel may be required within Canada and the U.S. (valid passport required).
