We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to oversee paid marketing performance as a key part of our growing Enbridge Sustain Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for shaping strategy and driving campaigns across digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and SEO. Your work will drive results, foster growth, and position Enbridge Sustain as a leader in delivering groundbreaking energy solutions.

Internally this role is named as Supervisor Performance Marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Multi-Channel Strategies: Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, SEO, and more to drive growth.

  • Drive Lead Generation and Conversion: Own the delivery of high-quality leads and optimize the conversion funnel to exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Product teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

  • Partner with Agencies for Excellence: Act as the primary contact for digital marketing agencies, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and delivery of exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing agencies or partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).

  • In-depth knowledge of digital performance channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, etc.).

  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.) and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven success in managing high-budget digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills with a knack for influencing stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • A track record of managing budgets to achieve maximum efficiency and ROI.
