Ready to showcase your talent for seamless scheduling and coordination? Enbridge offers an exciting opportunity to join us as a Temporary Scheduler II & Regional Maximo Analyst (RMA). You’ll be instrumental in creating and managing the weekly schedule, working closely with various departments to ensure meticulous planning and implementation.
What you will do:
- Develop 4 Week look Ahead Schedule.
- Prioritize maintenance work with stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance, Operations, and PLM supervisor and planners to develop weekly routine schedules for the responsible areas.
- Obtain approval from supervisor and publish weekly schedule.
- Facilitate the weekly scheduling meeting with technicians and the terminal wide scheduling meeting
- Monitor progress against weekly schedule on a daily basis. Report problems to be the Maintenance Supervisor and Planner immediately.
- Measure and report labor utilization and schedule compliance on weekly schedule and planned backlog.
- Outages: Collaborate with area technicians, Technical Supervisors, Planners, and outage coordinator to optimize the coordination of PM scheduling and execution.
- Provide technical advice and expertise related to planning & scheduling, risk analysis, developing detailed “what-if” schedule scenarios and communication options to team identifying critical path and associated logic driven options.
- Provides technical and business advice on the preparation and disposition of documents required related to plans, schedules and reports for completion.
- Interface with team and other key stakeholders to receive the information required for accurate and timely critical-path management of the schedules and preparation of schedule impact analysis.
- Complete all mandatory safety training.
- Complete all required technical training.
Who you are:
- Related university degree and four‐plus years’ experience OR eight‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong maintenance and scheduling skills.
- Strong ability to solve problems and develop solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, (Microsoft Word, Excel Programs).
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, or a part of a broad team.
Working Conditions:
- 80% office based and 20% travel to other locations within the region.
- Infrequent travel outside of the region.
- Flexibility required managing work priorities, corporate training priorities, field schedules and incidents.
