At Enbridge, our Demand Side Management team (DSM) is looking for a Senior Advisor to join their dynamic team to support the day-to-day operations of Residential and Commercial & Industrial Energy Conservation (EC) programs.

This role involves resolving project issues and ensuring the successful processing of payments to customers. You will play a meaningful role in initiating and developing continuous process improvements, leading larger cross-functional projects, and developing and implement processes and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve Energy Conservation rebates through the Guardian & SAP system as per assigned DOA approved authority

  • Maintain relationships and resolve payment issues with Accounts Payable and Vendor Master team

  • Provide strategic directions to the Tracking & Reporting Team regarding year-end data collection for audit purposes.

  • Support external audit requests by coordinating the preparation and review of required documentation.

  • Triage EC projects and provide directions to efficiently resolve issues.

  • Assign and schedule workload requirements or tasks to team members as needed.

  • Lead project-based initiatives include collaboration with external partners (such as IESO, Government) and internal teams (such as Customer Care and other DSM teams).

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. In lieu of a degree, candidates must have an additional 3 years of work experience

  • 6+ years of related Energy Conservation or industry experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Visio, and Power BI.

  • Outstanding ability to prioritize key issues and handle multiple processes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

  • Strong leadership, innovative, team-oriented, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and training facilitation.

  • Understanding issue analysis, business case review, and cost-benefit analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related industry experience.

  • Practical background and knowledge of utility energy efficiency programs.

Please note: This role will be shared between both the Residential and Commercial & Industrial teams, and the person will complete the above joint responsibilities and tracking & reporting items for both sectors.
